Corporate Coaching

Yoga is a metaphor for everyday life and learning. Reaching your goals on the mat will help you do the same at work, at home and elsewhere. More than simply a bunch of postures done in sequence, yoga is the science of consciousness.  Through corporate yoga sessions, I demystify this ancient practice and deliver it in a manner that everyone can appreciate. Helping each person implement the lessons they learn from yoga into their professional careers can bring forth practical, tangible results for the individual and the team.

I worked in an office as a software developer for many years. Spending most of the day at a computer, I sought out the best ways to deal with stress and keep my body healthy.

Stress does not always have negative effects. Many people see it as a challenge to overcome, and push themselves to great places because of it. By understanding the relationship between the mind, body, and breath, you can change your relationship to the stresses that you face on a daily basis.

Using the POWER OF UNDERSTANDING and some effective tools derived from yoga and other traditional techniques, your team or employees will improve their ability to function in a fast-paced environment while dealing with stress in a productive and efficient way. Just think, if your work week was a little more enjoyable… how would that affect your weekend?Although a full hour of yoga practice would bring great health benefits, few people can fit that into their busy schedules. By incorporating some simple yet highly effective postures and movements into your daily routine, you can enjoy all the benefits of yoga without having to sacrifice large amounts of your time.

Join me for corporate yoga sessions and rediscover the connection between the mind, body and breath.
