What is MindBody coaching?



Coaching is a professional partnership between the coach and the client. Coaches help us gain clarity about our goals and what is most important to us. Coaches help us to overcome patterns challenges, by understanding the relationship between mind and body, so we can move forward more effectively and efficiently.

What happens during my first coaching session?



Your will be asked to fill out a welcome package so your coach can gain a better insight into you and what you are about. Your coaching session is a question and answer process that will uncover your core beliefs, strengths, talents and the difference you want to make in your life. We will also discuss what a coaching relationship, specific to you, would look like so you can decide whether or not to move forward with coaching.

What tools are involved in the coaching session?

All coaching sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and can incorporate any combinations of the following tools:

  • Breathing and/or yoga practice designed for your needs
  • Self reflection exercises to determine underlying issues
  • Hypnosis and or self-hypnosis or visualization exercises
  • Specific task and goals that help you overcome limitations
  • Many online tools to help understand the mind body connection
